Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University was established on July 3, 1992. In 1992, the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in Biga, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the Faculty of Theology, the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Agriculture, the Biga Vocational School, and the Çanakkale Health Services Vocational School were founded. Since 2023, COMU has continued its educational, research, and academic activities with 1 Graduate School, 21 Faculties, 2 Schools, 13 Vocational Schools, and 45 Research and Application Centers. There are multiple student societies and events available at our university.
