Hitit University, founded on March 17, 2006, in Çorum, is progressing confidently towards its goals with its experienced staff and competent faculty members, gaining national and international respect. The university is a dynamic institution that integrates in all aspects with its region and industry while aligning with its historical texture.
Despite being a young university, Hitit University has made notable strides, especially in collaborations with industrial organizations, significantly contributing to the regional economy. It is the only university in Turkey specializing in Machine and Manufacturing Technologies under the “Higher Education Regional Development Oriented Mission Differentiation and Specialization Project” conducted by YÖK.
Hitit University successfully carries out its educational activities with over 18,000 students within its 11 faculties, 1 institute, 1 school, and 7 vocational schools. It hosts more than 1,200 international students from 60 countries, ranging from Europe to North Africa, Central Asian Republics, the Middle East, the Balkans, and the Caucasus.
