Necmettin Erbakan University is a young university located in Konya, with a rich historical knowledge base. It provides education in various fields ranging from medicine to basic sciences, social sciences to engineering. Its aim is to contribute to the development of morally upright, ethical, and well-equipped individuals who value spiritual values.
The university houses 20 faculties, 8 vocational schools, 28 research centers, 4 institutes, a foreign languages school, and a Turkish Music Conservatory among its many units. With approximately 35,000 students, 1,900 academic staff, and 1,100 administrative personnel, it carries out its educational activities.
Drawing strength from its deep-rooted academic tradition, the university strives to ensure that students grow into virtuous and knowledgeable individuals. It strengthens cooperation with the industry and encourages students to undertake internships. Furthermore, it enhances its research infrastructure by modernizing laboratories in faculties, schools, institutes, and research centers.
