The vision of the university is to educate its students in a contemporary, secular, democratic perspective, enabling them to integrate with world cultures and engage in creative practices. Furthermore, the aim is to train professionals who can perceive the fundamental theoretical references in their fields qualitatively and design their professional development through lifelong learning.
The university's quality policy emphasizes that vocational education and training processes are evaluated with a holistic approach, highlighting that quality is a continuous process. It is also among the important goals to establish an administrative and academic staff that are true stakeholders in the scientific, professional, and social development of students, and to ensure the continuity of the process.
Within this framework, the quality processes of the institution are managed through design, implementation, monitoring, auditing, analysis, and continuity steps. The quality approach was implemented as of the 2017-2018 academic year, and efforts are ongoing to achieve the defined standards.
