Istanbul Cerrahpasa University, officially known as Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa, is one of Turkey's leading public universities. Established in 2018 from the division of Istanbul University, one of Turkey's oldest universities, this separation aimed to create a more focused and specialized institution, thereby better serving the academic and research needs of students and faculty members.
The university offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs through its various faculties. These faculties are Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Forestry, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Sports Sciences, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
In addition to these faculties, Istanbul Cerrahpasa University also houses several vocational schools and institutes, providing specialized education and training in various fields.
