Students going to come to Turkey to study must apply for a student visa from the foreign representatives of the Republic of Turkey in their country after receiving their acceptance letters from the university they applied to, as the student visa process takes a long time.

Residence Permit Procedures
After students Arrival in Turkey and completing their university registration, they must apply for a residence permit for educational purposes by filling out the application form at https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/ and making an appointment with the Provincial Directorate of Immigration Management.
Students will be able to carry out all official transactions during their stay in Turkey with the residence permit they will receive as a result of their residence application and the foreigner identification number registered in the Immigration Administration system. If the validity period of the residence permit has not expired, it can be used to enter and exit Turkey and it is not necessary to obtain a visa again.
